Established in 1992, TEC has over seventeen years of experience partnering with local governments, private development corporations, and State agencies in the analysis, planning and design of safe, efficient transportation systems. TEC’s core areas of expertise include traffic signal systems; intelligent transportation systems (ITS) and intelligent transportation solutions; roadway / highway design; roadway / highway lighting; surveying / GIS (Geographic Information Systems); and right of way review and plan development. In addition, TEC has a sizeable staff of technical specialists that perform field services such as traffic data collection, traffic signal construction inspection, traffic signal timing programming, and GPS inventorying of roadside assets for GIS integration. We have grown into three offices located throughout Southwest Ohio, in Dayton, Mason, and Springdale, and a staff of over 30 Professional Engineers, Surveyors, Designers and other transportation professionals capable of providing our broad range of services.
