I graduated from West Point, The United States Military Academy, where I was recruited by and played basketball for Coach Bob Knight. I spent 5 years in the Army, achieved the rank of Captain, Ranger & Airborne qualified. Then I went into the “Real Army”, Procter & Gamble, in manufacturing, marketing, advertising, sales & business development. This was my transition & acclimation into business from the military. I was then VP Marketing & Sales for several companies always launching new products to the mass trade, helping them develop the ideal "vision" of where we needed to take the "Brand Franchise" for maximum growth and profitability.
Total years in business, 32. For the last 20 years I have had my own successful National Sales & Marketing Consulting Company. We have a long-standing & trusted reputation in the retail industry which has allowed us to launch 100 product lines to numerous trade channels. I have over 3.8 million miles with Delta, all domestic, flying the country closing accounts, training brokers, attending trade shows like ECRM (I have attended over 220 ECRM trade shows,www.ecrm.marketgate.com) & meeting with clients for sales planning sessions. We confine our consulting business to a small select group of manufacturers to insure total in-depth sales & marketing support. My role is consulting National Field Sales Manager as well as Marketing consultant. We use the same proven national broker network, consisting of over 30 key senior account sales executives, who were trained in Fortune 500 companies, to insure continuity & excellent national coverage. We develop World-Class Power Point Sales Presentations to generate significant distribution growth. How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I only work for a few clients at a time. I get intimately involved in all aspects of my clients business, including logging over 3.5 million Delta miles to be the field sales manager/National Sales Manager for my clients. I personally conduct all major account sales presentation drawing on 32 years of experience successfully launching over 100 brands to the mass trade. When you call my company, you speak only to me.
